Welcome to St. Michael Terrace
St. Michael Terrace is a 102 unit FHA rental assisted mid-rise apartment complex, established in 1982. We have 100 one bedroom and 200 two bedroom apartments. Ten of the one bedroom apartments are handicapped accessible.
Rent is based on income, after medical expenses (30%). Tenant is responsible for electric, but utility allowance is provided each month.
There is a currently a waiting list for residency. The length wait varies on the number of move-outs and applications received. The current wait time after application is display under the "Announcements" section on this site. In accordance with the Federal Law and U.S. Department of Agriculture, St. Michael Terrace is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.
Eligibility for Residency
Individual must be 62 years of age or handicapped 18 years or older. Priority is given to the lower income applicants. Please contact the Terrace office for current income levels.
